I agree with some of the other people...
maybe the fact that you aren't even willing to say it and that fact that it makes you feel dirty means you aren't ready to be doing it.
There is nothing wrong, so you shouldn't feel dirty at all.

I used to, but then i realized that--not only is it a natural part of human development--there is nothing wrong with it morally or socially. I mean, in America, most of our morals are based on our forefathers' interpretation of the Christian Bible. Surprisingly, there is NOTHING in the Bible about MB!!!
So, now I do it once or twice a day (since my wife is out of town). Go ahead! Enjoy yourself!!

I used to feel like that when I was younger, until I realized that I wasn't the only female who does it. Now it doesn't bother me at all, I feel nice and relaxed after.

Because you're religious and your family made you think you should feel bad. But, nothing that pleasureable should make you feel dirty - you're alone (so won't get preggers) and no one is being hurt......enjoy the feelings, girl!!

you need to give yourself permission to do that. maybe you were taught that it was dirty. alot of parents accidently or purposely give our children these messages. a part of becoming an adult and growing in our sexuality is to relearn alot of things and learn to enjoy sex in whatever form we decide to engage in.
