Are these foolish pregnancy questions still out there? Of course a woman can get pregnant when she's on top! She can get pregnany in any and every sexual position she's in if she gets ejaculated into. All those wive's tales that supposedly include ways to avoid getting pregnant are just that, tales. Anytime a woman gets ejaculate in her vagina she has the potential to get pregnant. (The only exceptions being if she's had her tubes tied, he's had a vasectomy, of if one or the other are infertile.) So if you don't want to impregnate someone, wear a condom! Preferably use two kinds of contraceptive, like a condom and spermacide, or condom and her be on the pill.
