recently my dad passed away, i was not there when he passed and did not get to say good bye. Now i have actually seen him around the house, in my dreams, i have even recieved a phone call from him. Is this normal or should i be worried?

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but any kind of ghostly activity (if it is real and not derived from your dreams) is of the devil. Was your father saved? Are you? The only thing you need to worry about here is your salvation!!! If you have God in your life, then nothing will be able to harm you as far as the supernatural....I will keep you in my prayers.

My father passed away in 2005 and I was not there either to say goodbye. He came to my house. I didn't see him, but my daughter did. I've had only one dream where we hugged each other. We didn't say much, because we both were speechless under the huge emotion. He was bright as a sunshine...
Pangel is right. If you feel good with his appearance, that is OK, but you shouldn't encourage him to come anyway. Pray for him, say goodbye and make a wish that your dad will soon find his way to the spiritual world. If you don't feel good about it, or if you feel he is suffering or asking for help, you will need more than just prayer. You will have to ask your spirit guides and your father's spirit guides to intervene and take him to where he now belongs. If he refuses to go, you might need a help of a medium. I had a boyfriend who passed away and he was coming in my dreams almost every night until the day I saw another spirit in my dream and I asked that spirit to take care of my boyfriend, because he was lost. The spirit said to me "I'll take care of him from now on". The dreams ceased and I am sure that he is fine now.
I am thrilled your father called you. This happens more often than people know. Spirits can use telephone and be caught in photo and video cameras. Sometimes, that's the way they pass their messages. I know of cases where people called their family just to let them know they are OK. Amazing!

don't be worried. Its a blessing that you are able to communicate with loved ones after it seems too late. The closest thing I've had to an experience like this is with my Grandmother in her old house. I felt like she was there. I saw things out of the corner of my eye, and even heard her voice. Don't be worried, the only time you should be worried about anything involving ghosts, is if the become violent. If this is you father, I really doubt he will try and hurt you.

You must be very careful about this. Sometimes, God shows us things to comfort us, like in dreams and visions, and I'm not saying that it is God, or it isn't, but there are also what is called "familiar spirits" these spirits are evil, and they know things about your loved one, and your family, so they can make it seem really ok, when it's not. Please be very careful about this, especially when you are not sure, ok?
My sister's husband passed away, and she kept saying he was with her all the time, because she could smell his cologne. I told her the same thing I told you. Be careful. Be very careful. satan can deceive, and he preys on the weak, especially in times of trial and trouble in their lives. he can make things seem very real, and make you believe them, too.
You need to remember one thing. People don't die, then come back as ghosts and spirits. They do not wander the earth. Their soul is either in heaven, or hell, awaiting the rapture, or judgement. They cannot communicate with you, and you cannot communicate with them. The Bible tells us that. If someone tells you they can, they are lying, and it is one of satan's lies, so I just wanted to warn you. Steer clear of mediums who say they can communicate with the dead. They can't. I believe it was God telling you its OK..God was giving you closure in your dream..i wouldn't be worried i would just say thank you God and go own about your day..i had a daughter that passed away and she came to be in a dream once and that was it..i know it was God giving me closure..

this is very normal , and if you want him to go then you should say your good byes , but when you see him in your dreams that is your spirits visiting each other . dont be worried .

would dad worry you when he was here ?
it isnt " normal " but it happens
and I think it is lovely
I have seen many spirits , both for myself personally and for others
my dad is often around my mum , who sees him in dreams and around the house also
if it brings you comfort ... then be happy and enjoy dad being there

I have been persuaded that demonic activity occurs in order to confuse those who are of God's elect and those who might consider being God's elect.
If you want to know God, then believe in His Son Jesus Christ, and you shall not only be saved, but have protection from God against this confusion.
