You're not looking for a loan in that case, a loan is paid back. Assuming this is for school, you'd have much better luck looking for grants or scholarships. Try www.fastweb.com. They have a lot of different scholarships that you can apply for. Good luck.

You may try seeking several "grants"--that's something you don't have to repay. A loan is a loan--you borrow that.

Sorry, but there is no such thing as a "loan" that you do not have to pay back. The only types of assistance that you do not have to pay back are grants, but there is no federal or state grant you can get that is of the amount you are requesting.
