if your talking about when you hit your elbow and it hurts like crazy its not a bone its actually the ulnar nerve.

It's actually a nerve. I think it's called the ulnar nerve. It runs across the rear of the ulna bone in the elbow. Because it runs over the top of a bone, any concussion can be quite painful but it can also produce a "funny" tingling numbness as well.

The funny bone actually refers to the olecranon, this is a part of the ulna. The olecranon is the bony projection at the back of the elbow. It is in this area that we find the ulnar nerve.

there is no funny bone...what roger said..its totally correct...the nerve is called ulnary or cubital, those are the two names. When u hit your elbow...y hit the nerve, causing a estimulation b/c of the hit, and thats the funny sansation u fell..
