Is it still there now? Do you have numbness in your arms or your jaw? Constant feeling of nausea? Are you vastly overweight? Any exercise at all makes you feel out of breath? You are young, but this could be related to your heart somehow. Better seek medical help if it persists.

I'm kinda thinking it might be just acid indigestion. But you need to find out, especially if it persists.

There is several things that it could be. It could be a muscle strain, angina,or plercy. When you say it hurts to move certain ways, it to me sounds more like a muscle strain or plercy. I'm no doctor but, if the problem persist I would see one. I dont think it has anything to do with your heart because, of the symptoms you express. If you smoke I would suggest cutting way down or quitting to see if this helps. But, if it is plercy or a muscle strain this will pass. I would still suggest that you see your family physician if this problem persist.

It's a musculoscletal pain and it's not a serious thing. You should sleep in a warmer place.

If you had a huge coughing fit then your lungs could just be sore.
