I work at Bath and Body works and I have 4 supervisors also, each one has a different personality and it sucks from time to time. Is there another superior you could speak with about the matter? Or a DM? If not during your next review ask that she be in on it and ask for her feed back, then ask her what she feels could be improved with your job, (no your not asking for her approval) but if it's written down in black and white and your doing exactly what it says for you to do in 90 days or what ever time frame you all come up, then you put her on the spot. You have to find some way to shed the light on her.
Beleive it or not, wherever we go there will be somebody who we just don't sit well with, it's a matter of how much energy your willing to give them. Good luck with her!!

Every time you answer her add a tag line at the end of your sentence. So it would sound something like this.
Bitchy Supervisor: How about straightening up that table?
You: Yes she goddess.
If she laughs you'll have won her over. If not start looking for your next job.

If you see it as a big problem (like it's greatly affecting the work environment that you think you simply cannot work with her), is there a higher up that you can bring this issue to? It may help if you have coworkers that agree with you. The thing about that, though, is it may make things worse if her boss talks to her about complaints she's been getting. Another thing you can do, and this may be more difficult, is to be nice to her. Smile at her and be pleasant (though not so much that she thinks you're flirting with her). Sometimes that's all a person needs to be less mean. I'd suggest trying this first before going to speak to the person above her.

Examine your attitude. Read, "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. Listen to what the supervisor is saying, if you think a display doesn't look good,
Maybe, just maybe, it could be better. As you grow in maturity, you will learn to take constructive criticism. Don't make waves and get yourself fired. Look within and blossom without.

well, put things in perspective. other than this person, you like working there. i suggest that you just learn to deal with her behavior. anywhere you go, you'll find people like her. you can't change her, but you can change the way to react to her. it's a good thing there's only 1 out of 4 that bothers you. can you imagine if it were the other way around?

Kill her with kindness. She probably acts like this because she knows it bothers you. If you are super nice to her when she is on your case about something, she might just lay off a bit.

Perhaps consider switching to another department?
Do others have an issue with her, or just you?

A lesson to learn.. when you work for someone else you do things the way they want it done...
Remember the pay is the same, your way or their way...
