by just being prepared. adaptation is always a sign of someone who is a good leader and is educated in many different areas in life. things are always gonna change and we will always be caught off guard by life. it's how we are prepared to react that makes the difference.

I prepare for the unexpected by not worrying about it. Believe me when I say that is the best way of dealing with it.

Worry does not change what you do when the unexpected happens except perhaps to cloud your mind with all of the 'what-ifs' that you had previously worked out and make you further worry if you are making the right decision.

You cant really prepare for the unexpected, the only thing you can do is to keep your mind strong and not to let things bother you too much.

you can prepare for the worst, but then you leave yourself more to gain if the worst should happen...so then you're hoping for the worst...

you could prepare for the best, but then you're probably not being wise, so what i tend to do is prepare for the most likely...
