Lately i have been having very simular dreams..
In the dream i am with various different fellas none of whom are my boyfriend..

I read somewhere that infidelity in a dream means that you may feel dissatisfied in your relationship and want/need a different kind of fulfilment than what you have now/or are feeling guilty about some unresloved issue in your relationship.
You're not meant to take a dream too literally though, it doesn't necessarily mean the obvious. These men may represent something else, maybe a choice you have to make about somthing? Just an example but your boyfriend might represent your current job (you love it, feel safe, happy) but you want to try something new and it involves risk (new men dreaming about).
I think it's helpful to concentrate on how you feel in the dream rather than anything else. Do you feel guilty, excited, what is happening that makes you feel this way?
Recurring dreams are often trying to tell you something important and usually won't go away until you confront the issue or understand it.

It has been my experience that my repeating dreams have to do with sort of a combination of regret and desire. Maybe this is the reason for yours too.
I think that only you truly know what this repeating dream might mean. And it is possibly not wise for us to try to interpret this for you, but only guide you to the answer that is already there inside you.

Perhaps it's a sign that you're not satisfied with your current relationship. It could be because of some unresolved issues in your relationship or possibly some unmet expectations or both.

well you really don't have a open and truthful reasionship if you have all these worries you have some thing to hide or you don't wont this realsonship to work you have to work this out for your self please think about it i know and it do's hurt but you always hurt the one's you love or you think you love think out it ? good luck and realy take care if you need me i'll be here ok take care ? x
