can any one please tell me the short cut key in ms excel for left align, right align and centre?

No such keyboard shortcuts exist.

Better to add the buttons for it to a toolbar.

the format toolbar (view,toolbars) has some hot buttons for that....

ctrl+1 pops up the format cell dialog box

And there's the handy format painter....(paintbrush icon)

right click gets you a shortcut menu...
