Laws have nothing to do with God or religion or morals. They are based upon RIGHTS.
Consider the Ten Commandments: It is NOT illegal to have many gods or no gods. The very first phrase of the very First Amendment negates it. Idols and graven images are NOT illegal. 'Using the Lord's name in vain' is NOT illegal. There is NO law against working on Saturday or Sunday. Nobody has ANY legal obligation to their parents. Murder is illegal because it deprives a citizen of his constitutional right to life - it's a crime against the state who is obligated to protect that. Adultery is NOT illegal. Stealing is illegal because it deprives a citizen of his constitutional right to property. Lying is NOT illegal. Coveting a neighbor's wife and property are NOT illegal.
Prostitution is illegal because of states' commerce & tax laws. Gay sex isn't illegal. DOING drugs is not illegal. SELLING, BUYING, and POSSESSING drugs are illegal because of states' commerce, tax, and transportation laws.
Government 101.

We do all have a freewill, But if there was no laws, or morals about a person or a nation, then how can God judge that person, So, No God is not taking our freewill away, You have the freewill to kill someone,Or not to kill someone, but if you do then you will go to jail, Now also lets talk about us judging someone, Read 1st Cor. 6:2-3 Know ye not that the Saints shall judge the world,------3: Know ye not that we shall even judge angels.

,Christians I had encountered ,usually drink like a fish, They do all the misdeeds on toxic conditions , that is not free will ,that is toxic wills ,they should be flogged before produced on a court. I think drugs or gay sex must not be illegal until it is not forced upon someone.

I suppose by your logic that anyone could murder anyon else and there should be no consequences for that either. In other words, your propose would open the door for pure and complete chaos.
However, God is not a god of chaos but of order, and while he has given us the opportunity to live by faith (freewill) he has also instituted order and law. The law provides order and stability to life and thwarts chaos which would be the desire of the antithesis of God, or in other words, the devil.

what you are advocating is the world view of Relativity. aka Anarchy.
it is Gods will that we love one another, live in peace, prosper,
serve each other and serve God.
Christians do not want to legislate freewill but we do want to establish a standard of conduct of which we have done in making murder, rape, theft, abuse, prostitution and other things illegal.
you still have the freewill to indulge in the deadly pursuits if you desire. you must realize that they have consequences.
so there must be law & order to establish civic freedom.
Freedom comes with responsablilty not cart blanche.
so in closing your question won't hold water.

Christians don't trust their God, or follow their own doctrines, and the last thing they want is for Jesus to come back and ruin their weekly party every sunday where they get together and compare clothing and praise jesus, and then right back to FEAR and HATE your fellow man.

IMHO, Christians believe that the biblical God is working through them. Therefore, if THEY believe something is wrong, that must mean God thinks it's wrong, too.
Or something like that.

We have to have Moral Laws and Jails BECAUSE some Human Beings REFUSE to Follow GOD (Jesus).
Lots of LOVE (following GOD) means "not many LAWS"
Lots of LAW's (not following GOD) means "Alot of LAW's

Nope.
If making things illegal made it impossible to do them then you would have a point. But it doesn't. So you don't.

But it says in the Bible that God put these laws into place and that we should obey the laws of the land so by getting rid of these we would be disobeying God's law.
