Yep. I'm not even going to attempt any eye makeup until after the ceremony because I know at my own wedding I'll look horrible if I put that on before!!

Most of the time I am a crier. Sometimes just a small tear when the bride begins her walk because she looks so beautiful, especially if the groom is beaming. Sometimes it is because the bridesmaids or mothers are crying. It is just such a sentimental occasion. I cry at the birth of babies too. Honestly since 9/11, I get teary every time the American Flag is raised or the Anthem sung at events. It has gotten much worse since the brother in law of a good friend of mine was killed in Afghanistan 2 years ago.

Edit: it is especially hard to keep it together when your groom is in tears before you are.:)

Yes I am. Mostly because the weddings I have gone to are people I am very close with and have known all my life taking a huge step in their lives and getting married. Another factor that makes me cry is the fact that I begin thinking about my own wedding and that makes me cry too. It is important to remember that crying is not a bad thing, there are such things as tears of joy and crying at a wedding is considered in the tears of joy catagory.

Yep...I was even a guest at a wedding where I didn't know the couple and I cried.
I guess I'm just sappy when it comes to love.

Well, during the Father-Daughter dance at the reception, I do sorta get emotional.
Especially when I am the father.

NO! Marriages are too sad for tears. I would never do it again or be such a fool to even think of doing it again. NO! NO! NEVER! NEVER! You don't cry for the foolish and stupid.
