You have to snake the wires inside the wall to where-ever you want them to terminate. It isn't that hard if it's an inside wall, but if it's an exterior wall with insulation behind the sheet rock it can be a little tricky.

If you don't want to try it, hire an electrician to do it. I have a good friend who is an electrician, he does it for people all the time.

Two other options not mentioned above:

1. Run wires up through the ceiling or use ceiling mounted outlet for power and wireless connection.
