I eat and eat and eat and still feel hungry also. I have been thinking about going to the Doctor to see if they have any idea why I eat so much. I also think that it might be stress and depression.

Could be many things. Try this.... slow your pace of eating down. Put your fork down between bites and chew your food thoroughly. If you eat slowly then digestion begins as the acids in the stomach are released and you should start to feel full. It also is a good way to lose weight. You really need to provide much more info to get an educated guess to the question. It could be your metabolism rate and quite normal or you could have a physical or psychological problem. If it concerns you try keeping a food journal for 2 weeks or so and see if there is a pattern to your eating and if you are still concerned it will give your doctor a starting point in diagnosing the problem if any. Good luck.

There are many things that could cause you to feel hungry again. I have the same problem. I happen to have poor blood sugar control (prediabetes). You should get a blood glucose test. When you take the test, make sure you don't take in anything but medications and water the evening and morning before the test. If you eat anything before the test, you'll screw up the reading.
If your feelings are accompanied by nausea, stomach pain, acute diarrhea, weakness, weight loss, and loss of appetite, you may have a tapeworm. You may be able to see bits of the tapeworm or its eggs in your stool, but more likely than not you'll need to go to your doctor, who will order a specific test to look for tapeworm.
You could be eating too many simple carbohydrates, found in sugar, white bread, dairy, etc. Add a little healthy fat and/or protein to any simple carb to nix the blood sugar spike-n-crash. Your foods may have too many preservatives, or you may have a problem with malnutrition.
Either way, this is something your primary care physician should look into.

First how old are you and what are you eating. If you are an adult or close to it..then you might be diabetic. You can be healthy looking and not obese and be diabetic. IF you are you need to get right to the doctors as you need insulin to help you and with that you will feel full and such. I would go to the doctors to get a physical check up so that you can rule out anything but Diabetics are known to be hungry like they haven't eaten for ten hours and they look at the clock and it's only been two hours...and even though you stomach is saying it's full and doesn't need anything the diabetic systems tell the brain it's starving..and such the cycle of a diabetic continues... Please get check out by your doctor.

First, get your blood check your blood sugar, fasting, random and post prandial, under the supervision of an MD. Then, check if you have any worms inside your tummy. If all those things are negative, you have to think that the Almighty has destined you to starve and but, He is giving you food inadvertently. Enjoy every minute of it. Continue to eat without even giving two minutes time. When He realises it may cease to be there for you any time.

Tape worm is a good answer, but also some junk food uses MSG (Monosodium Glutemate) to enhance the flavour. MSG is reputed to contain an amphetamine like drug which gives you a small rush. Depending how sensitive you are to this you may not be wanting the food, but the rush. This is supposedly the reason we fancy a Chinese not long after having one. Please research this before taking it as gospel, but there might be a possibility here.

In most cases you feel hungry when in actual fact you are just thirsty... The problem may be different but this does help!
Try drinking a bottle of WATER whenever this starving feeling gets hold of you! This usually happens with people who drink more soda or alcohol than water which may leave them feeling dehydrated, creating this feeling of hunger....
I hope your problem is nothing serious and hope I have been helpful!

Are you drinking enough water? You could be mistaking thirst for hunger. Make sure you're drinking at least 8-10 glasses a day. If that isn't the problem it could be some kind of medical condition. Talk to your doctor.

When you eat, it speeds up your metabolism.
It also could be what you are eating...if you are eating alot of unhealthy foods some of the preservatives they add in actually make you hungry so you will eat more of their food. I think Oreos have whatever it is in them.
You should eat more protein and drink lots of water. That should help fill you up and sustain you for longer :)
Goodluck!
