No, you can not change the shape of your eye by medication, eye excersices, or hypnosis(I thought that was funny when I heard it). Your eyes change naturally so there is no way to reverse it or stop it.

Yes!!! I had worse than 20/200 vision with bad astigmatism- couldn't wear soft contact lenses and wore hard contacts for decades. Several years ago had Lasik and it is like a miracle! Better than 20/20 vision and though they warned me I might need to use reading glasses sooner than usual, it was an acceptable tradeoff. Turns out I can still read fine without reading glasses at 46. I would be happy to recommend the center I attended- Clear Choice in Brecksville OH. I would stay away from the centers with a "hard sell" approach. Most will offer a free consult and you can make an informed decision then. The cost was well worth it- think about how much you spend on glasses, contacts, supplies, exams, etc. I can get up and see perfectly first thing in the morning, no glasses to slip down the nose or fog up in the winter, and no messing around with contacts!

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/73ed3

Yeah, actually there are two ways. I will not offer the second way (as often times I get mocked about it) but the first way would be to (if you use glasses to correct the problem) throw your glasses away and pronounce that you are done using them. If you really take this to heart, your mind will follow, and your eyes will begin to adjust to it's surroundings...It's a conscious effort though, and you have to really pronounce to yourself that you are done with eye trouble. It works, but only you can figure that out. If you want the second way, email me.

Unfortunately, there's no way to cure your vision.
Just like there's no cure for high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, etc..........they only know how to control it.

no, nearsightedness and farsightedness is determined by the shape of the eyeball. corrective lenses is the only way.
