The biased media and liberals only report LTG Sanchez's negative comments regarding the Iraq War.
Does anybody agree with his comments regarding the media?
Link is below, but his closong comment below sumarizes the ethical standards of the media:
"Finally, I will leave this subject with a question that we must ask ourselves--who is responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of the profession in order to ensure that our democracy does not continue to be threatened by this dangerous shift away from your sacred duty of public enlightenment?"

Morden, can you say "Stuck On Stupid?" Did you even read his speech?
Sanchez called the media "angerous to democracy", and you're still cherry picking his one negative comment?

Define Irony - media publishes comments from a speech which also criticizes THEM, but fails to make light of the fact that the comment directed against them is EXACTLY what they're doing here.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I saw the speech, Sanchez lambasted the media severely and the only thing the media reports is his one comment on the war being run poorly.
It's easy to see how liberals are easily fooled by the unscrupulous media...

I heard reports of the speech, before I watched it on cspan.
The speech was good, what the drive bys reported, was 2 lines. They are guilty of everything he accused them of.

everyone knows that there are two sides to every story and that this failure of an administration will never mention the other, down, left side of it.
therefore it is incumbent on the media, and liberals to make sure that it gets told.
conservatives/republicans have that, fox thing, to get their propaganda and everyone else has the media to get the news.
it should be evident to all that the "neo-cons"railing against the liberal news media is anti-free speech nonsense

for the most part, media types have no standards. it seems more and more they inject themselves into the story. either by assocation or opinion. they are not much better thsn the dailykos' or moveons out there. i have quit reading the paper and sort through all the muck without their opinion. they think they have ecaome gods or something.

What he really seems to be saying is how our media has become lapdog stenographers who will not hold accountable our government or leadership.
As to the liberal media: that is a myth. Sanchez ought to have spoken about Bush and Bush's war a lot sooner.

What makes you think he's talking about the media you consider to be liberal and biased? For all you know, he could have been talking about "Fair and Balanced" (gag) Fox.
I'm more interested about the comments made by the general about Iraq and why so many on the right are evading them by changing the subject.
