RASPBERRY CREAM SURPRISE
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. fresh raspberries
1 1/2 c. raspberry yogurt ice cream
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/4 c. 7-UP
In a large bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water (follow directions on box). Add fresh raspberries; stir until mixture thickens slightly. Slowly add yogurt ice cream; use electric or hand beater to mix. Add Cool Whip and 7-UP; beat until mixture has become thick and creamy.

Raspberries and cream is good on it's own. Something really simple is add about 1/4 the amount of sugar as berries. Cover and pop in the fridge until you get a good amount of juice out of the berries.
You can do anything with this. Top ice cream, cake, serve alone with whipped creat, etc. Your limitless. I love this desert, and it's easy and looks really good. I use goblets to prepare and serve this in. First whip your cream. I like to add a little bit of orange zest to mine, but not necessary. Then cut a pound cake into 1/2" cubes. Put the cubes in the bottom of the goblet, cover with some of the berries, then with the whipped cream. Reapeat until your goblet is full finishing with the cream. If you want to get really fancy use some shaved chocolate on the top, it looks really nice, and tastes even better.

Buy a box of Peppridge Farm puff pastry. Thaw out one sheet, unfold and roll out to a larger square. Cut off about an inch from all 4 sides, brush the sides with a beaten egg and place those strips along the outer sides, on top of the base, creating a frame. Brush the sides with the egg again, and bake according to the package directions. When cool, top with vanilla pudding with sweetened cream folded in, and top with berries.

Take uncooked egg roll wraps and fry them put one down on a plate layer raspberries then cool whip then another won-ton and repeat three layers top with a few berries and a dollop of cool whip. you can also add other fresh fruit/berries in the mix. called raspberry Napoleons
