I had a bowl of plain Cheerios topped with raisins and flax seeds and rice milk poured on top.

This morning I made oatmeal and I added raisins and walnuts. I had some vanilla yogurt too. Everything organic, of course.
For lunch I had a sliced apple and a Back to Nature fruit and grain bar.

I usually have a bowl of Cheerios with skim milk and a piece of fruit. Other times I'll have a couple of whole wheat pancakes with fruit and yogurt.
