althought i'm not fat or over weight i wouldn't mind trying to get my body back in shape. my only problem is i work two jobs pretty much both of them full time and have no time to workout unless it's on the weekends. is it even worth it to work out two days a week!?

Any fitness training is better than none. It's very important to keep your body in shape because it can lead to medical problems otherwise.
Start working out twice a week and if you find yourself with even an hour of spare time, work out then also.

Definitey worth it. If you don't have your health you ain't got nothing!

I also suggest that you get blood work done every six to 12 months, because it can catch problems that can be related to being inactive.

The human body is meant to do physical work and it's fuel is in nature (not in a box or package).

Have a good day :)

there are easy ways to get exercise without exercising. look at this site to find out if you can incorporate any into your life. just working out on weekends won't be a big benefit, but it's better than nothing.

yes! any little bit helps.

If you really get into it, you might try getting up earlier and going to the gym b4 work. You'd be surprised how much energy it gives you.
