whenever a person ask them why they preach their own interpretation of the Bible, and why they call their personal interpretation as "God's words", they will answer, "The Bible is God's words and it's the truth".

they think they could worm their way out of the question by saying that, when what the person was actually questioning is their fallable comprehension of the Bible, and not the Bible itself; and that what they are preaching are merely their own fallable interpretation of the Bible, and it's definitely NOT God's words, unless of course, they are implying that they are God?

if so, that is idolatry and pride --- an abomination to God.

they tend to acknowledge human fallacy but deny it of any human interpretation relating to god

They do not deny the fallability of human interpretation, but trust in the scriptural proof that God's SPOKEN and INSPIRED word is still being translated accurately. Best example, there are fewer translation errors in all the various versions and languages of the Bible than when translating Shakespear to other languages.

The Bible is rather clear that there are no personal or private interpretations, but every word is from God, and the Bible explains itself. Studying the Bible to understand what it means is called "homoletics" and "hermeneutics" is learning how to interpret what the Bible is saying.

There are very clear cut rules and guidelines to interpreting the Bible, and it is only when someone or group takes a scripture out of its contextual setting, ignores the culture, the nuances of the language, and other Scriptures, that we start getting wacked out interpretations.

In fact, a friend of mine told me that before he became a Christian, he would use scriptures from the Bible to justify getting drunk!

You got it yet? It's not idolatry or pride to try to understand the Scriptures. But it IS judgemental pride and arrogance to imply that anybody who doesn't agree with YOU is wrong!

No, Dashes, that is not what the bible told them. The bible says all scripture is GOD-breathed and accurate. It does not say that the 66 books of the protestant bible or 77 books of the catholic bible make up ALL scripture. The people who made that decision are long gone and they got it very wrong.

Biblical Christians, (Those who have been Born Again),Do not interpret Scripture-we allow the Holy Spirit to interprte through us. When we are Born Again, this truth becomes applicable:

1 Corinthians 2:15-16 (New International Version)
New International Version (NIV)

15The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment:
16"For who has known the mind of the Lord
that he may instruct him?" But we have the mind of Christ.

Biblical Christians don't claim to know everything-but when we surrender to the leading of the Holy Spirit, He reveals to us how Scripture SHOULD BE interpreted.

As a bible-fundie - I have Christ in me, therefor, I have the mind of Christ who is God, therefor, I have the mind of God who gave us His words through His divine inspiration in the writers of the bible. You will not and can not understand this because you do not believe. What you call comprehension are truths that are revealed to a believer by God. I understand that you cannot comprehend this idea of God revealing, but it is through revelation that comes understanding.

apparently they think they are gods. they put their fallable interpretations first before God's truth, and that is a dangerous thing to do. maybe they are walking abominations, who knows?

Yes, they think their interpretation is perfect. They don't realize that different people have different interpretations, which is why there are now so many different splinter groups of radicals.

Internal consistancy.

Christians have been cherry-picking what they believe since the disciples who wrote the bible started it. They were the worst cherry-pickers of all.
