Easiest way to do it is:

One standard serving of alcohol* is processed out of your blood system every hour from the time you stop drinking.

Three 12oz beers would be removed three hours after you've stopped. Other than an blood transfusion there is no way to speed this up, no matter what anyone says about greasy foods and coffee.

*Standard serving: 8oz glass of wine, 12oz beer (of average 4-5% ABV) or 1 shot.

Depends on your weight and if eat food with drink... most beer leave system rapidly 24 hours, harder liqour a little longer.. say 3 drinks last 48 hours/ beer goes through your system faster... take a couple aspirin! before goin out helps a like..next mornin eat a heavy meal pancakes or something salty like bacon and eggs... to fill u up...

You lose one unit of alcohol per hour - so for example, a bottle of wine (70cl) which is 10% alc would take 7 hours to leave
