So I just looked at my credit report and found 2 negative items on my rpt. They were medical debts from a hospital that I never went to that has been sent to the collection agency. So the 2 items appeared as ollection debts on my report. I called the hospital, and they have no knowledge of the bills or that they have been sent to collection agency. so I disputed the items with the 3 bureau and now those 2 items are erased from all my reports.
My question is, how long would it take for my score to go back up to what it was 6 months ago? (6 months ago is when the mysterious items appear on my report). Would my score shoot up right away as soon as those 2 items got erased? Or would it just increase slowly over a few months? a year? before my score is back to what it was 6 months ago ?

the question is how long would it take for my score to go back to what it was 6 months ago? Right away as soon as the items were removed? Or i have to wait for it to increase slowly back up?
Are the scores calculated monthy? or constantly updated everyday?

for example, 6 months ago before the bad collection items, my score was ~700. After the collection items, my score drop to ~640. I just removed those 2 items yesterday, so would my score be back up to ~700 today? or would I have to wait till the end of the month? or even longer?
