The message of salvation can be considered to be the milk of the word. The writer of the Hebrews tells us to go on into the meat of the Word.....after we are saved .........Heb. 5:12-14

Both.
Thery are the "christians", (those new to the Faith), or "baby" Christians. A baby can only digest milk-they are not ready for the full impact of what Scripture has for them. They must be given Scripture truth only in small doses, until the grow more in their faith.
The "meat" of Scripture, is for Believers, who are more "mature" in the understanding of Scripture.

Eternal salvation is notably "through Jesus-->Christ".
But also clarified as "through" Jesus-->Christ-->God.
Reconciliation "unto God" isn't unto Jesus nor Christ.
God is NOT a man that he should lie (law),
nor Son of man that he should repent (chanGe).
Temporal salvation is saved and destroyed after.
It's bwd, in Christ Jesus, reverse of Jesus Christ.
In CJ there is life, but it is the life of life + death.
In JC there is life, and it's called eternal life(only).
J-->C is the same: yesterday-->to day-->for ever.
J<--C is not the same: division<--sacrifice<--law.
Hmmm, isn't Hebrew read bwd, from right to left,
Genesis 1:1 a menorah seven with Gods in midst?
Hmmm, isn't the mirror image reverse of likeness.
Hmmm, isn't image-in notably called a "draw back"?
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

Milk, It is the babes in Christ that rely solely on knowing their salvation.
Those who are saved continue to grow in spirit and their relationship with God.

Meat with the mature and learned, milk for the beginner or the one that must start over and refresh his attempt to be mature.
3:1 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.
1Cor.3:2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.3:3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men? 3:4 For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal? 3:5 Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?
3:6 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.
