I received the lowest grade I have ever had (40%), I didn't get teh job I wanted, i lost a quiz that was due for today and i don't know anyone in my class to get the questions from, and to add insult to injury i'm having a super bad hair day and I lost my contacts so i have to wear my geeky glasses.

You really did have a bad day. Next time study harder, everyone has a bad hair day, but sometimes a good fresh shampoo feels wonderful, ask for another quiz from the teacher and I'm sorry about the contacts, they are so hard to find when you loose them. Instead of being so down, why not try being a friend to someone else who is having a bad day. Remember tomorrow will be better

the best thing is to just take a deep breath and laugh it off. The good thing is a bad day will eventually come to an end and tomorrow you might have the best day of your life. Go home take a hot bath and go hit the nearest happy hour with your friends! (if your old enough) if ya have some extra money go shopping. Nothing big just maybe a new shirt or pair of shoes! You`ll feel better. "S*&$ Happens" or else it wouldnt be a saying! lol

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ dang two people having a bad day on the same day , imagin that. lol i used to drive a truck for the better part of a decade and there will always be those days when you have to rely on other peoples curtousey and respect i remember one day i was having such a bad day at work that i had to get off the road or me and my 80,000 lbs carhualing rig woould kill the next isiot who decided to play harrass the trucker. so i hit the truck stop and it i found a dairy queen i grabbed me a cone and a seat and just ate it by the time i was done not only was i on a sugar rush but i felt better and more calm then before. i started frequenting dairy queen and found out that icecream was my "happy place" it is the place youll find me if i have an agruement with my bride or if im having just a slump icecream may not be your thing but find out what is your "happy place" and try it out on a bad day but do try a plain cone at dairy queen and cop a seat in your car andjust enjoy. just so you all know, no im not the stereo typical trucker. i am fit with out the gut and i love my wife i dont have a gf in every town and no i wasnt the highway hog in front of you today, i am very curteouse on the highway ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ even if i cant spell it lol @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

Some days are like this. Go do something you love to do (bath, movie, whatever). After you feel a little better, look at what went wrong and how you might do better next time. Plan and organize today what you will need tomorrow to guarantee tomorrow's success. After that, go easy on yourself, pamper yourself.


Tomorrow will be better, I promise.

Best thing to do is call someone who would appreciate it. When ever I'm having a bad day I call a friends grandma who can't get out of the house just to talk with her. She appreciates it and it always makes me feel better

I say go hide in your room and watch tv while having a pizza. Really. Just relax and then tomorrow you can get back into it. Or go to the bar but if your that upset it could lead to bad things lol

breathe. think of the alternative (not being alive). think of people in iraq who's mom was killed yesterday. or starving people. try to be grateful for what you have (many people don't have the opportunity to go to school). try to put your problems in perspective. and take action to improve them (like study more for the next test or make friends in class or bone up on interviewing skills for the next job offer)

go to a nursing home and look at some of the people there, that should make you feel that your day isn't so bad after all.
