Yes. It's already happening. Christians control the voting block and put regressives in charge of everything, i.e. Bush. Ultra-conservative Christians are desperately trying to plunge the entire world back into the Biblical dark ages.

Christianity never wrecks anything. On the contrary. And yet it is the truth that "Christianity" will wreck the U.S. The leaders of the "Christian Right" and of "The Moral Majority" have been lobbying the government for many years. They are getting involved in politics more and more, especially since the last election. The religious element in the U.S. is taking the ascendency (position of dominance, controlling influence, preeminence) and the time is coming when "Christianity" in the U.S. will wield the arm of the state to enforce their "Christian" views. The days when all could worship according to the dictates of their own conscience will soon be a thing of the past! History repeats itself. This is the warning found in the book of Revelation, chapter 13.

Possibly..that and a lack of education (which is what some Christians try and do actually...trying to take stuff out of schools because it goes against their beliefs.) India is getting a lot smarter, because they want the high paying jobs like what we got in the U.S. China is getting a more capitalistic economy...and I really don't know that much about the E.U. other than it's not really a country. So, are these signs of the End Times, or just how Christians will destroy us?

What is reasonable the imprisonment, torture, rape and death of those who hold a belief that may threaten an established structure? This is a vast generalisation as the EU holds many Christian states. Christians exist in China and India as well as throughout the middle east they are not as prominent because the states strike out at them and attempt to silence them with the aforementioned methods!

The cycle of the state is to acquire more and more power until either the citizenry rebel, the state collapses under it's own debts, or it becomes such a threat that other states take it out. The US will not be an exception, and we can already see the 2nd and third causes beginning.

No,
The US is getting ruined by idiots on both sides who are un-accepting of the beliefs of others. Look at the way christians and non-christians argue on here every day. Essentially its a bunch of mindless sarcasm from both sides and all it does is waste time. Look at the way the arab nations view the US and vice versa...essentially its all a bunch of idiots running around preaching and blabbing about something that they don't understand. Unless you know what you're talking about on both sides of your argument, then your best bet is to keep your mouth shut until you learn. Anyone can rant, but it takes someone with a little more than an opinion to make a point.

It has already wrecked vast tracts of the USA.
But all three of the major religions are preparing to turn the free world and the not free, into a burned out cinder. Enjoy your life while it lasts.

Christianity could save us, I am christian and I feel we are very far away from what the forefathers wanted us to be. We will excel in the future because we are Americans, with American work ethics. We just need to trim off the fat and expose the real heart of this country. God bless!

No, it will be the effort to abolish Christianity. The idea that Christianity is dangerous seems to be discussed a great deal these days.Christianity itself won't ruin this country, but making it illegal to practice it goes against everything this country was founded upon.
