No.
It is writen that God is the highest gestalt of awareness, the collective awareness of mankind. Mankind meaning "all that is". Brevity is best here.
God seeks anyone like the self; God has been looking for such simalar Gestalts since consciousness came to be, and has found nothing but self.
Atheism best describes those whom believe they have the ultimate consciousness and awareness; they do not agree that there can be any other awarness but their own self; and in this we see Ego at work above the spirit.

Religious belief is for us small minded people who can not possibly understand everything (especially God) this is a silly question.
You are making God a mortal to ask this question wich would then defete the question entirely.

Atheism means you don't believe in deities. If God is considered a deity, then God would not be an atheist. I'm sure he would believe he exists.

Aristotle's God (the classical God of the philosophers) only contemplated itself, precisely because it was the only thing worth contemplating.

If god existed, perhaps he would worship the god he created, just as humans worships the gods they have created.
