Showing your love for each other has nothing to do with saying those "three little words" often or having sex. Take it from someone who has been married for 16 years (who still has the "spark" today that we felt the day we met!). Showing your love is done by the look in your eyes, showing your girlfriend she is special and treating her like a queen - and believe me, none of it is done by spending a cent or being something you arent! It is the time you donate to her - opening car doors, helping her carry things, respecting her, ensuring her opinion is heard and considered as much as yours (whether you agree or not), protecting her and if and when you live together/get married, it is coming home from work, and doing the dishes, ironing, helping with kids, cooking meals, etc. and expecting nothing in return. All those things will mean a hell of a lot more than an hourly "I love you", a bunch of flowers, an expensive meal. It is the "time" you put into a relationship not the money. Always remember that. Be kind, considerate and thoughtful - not money, if she is worth it she will appreciate it more.

Why are you so obsessed with telling her every hour that you love her? It's really your actions that truly tell someone how you feel about them. Although it's sweet that you constantly tell her you love her, I would think it could get a little annoying and a little unappreciated after the twentieth time each day. Treating your girl with respect, listening to her and being there for her is how you can show her that you love her. There's no need to smother her with constant verbal affection. You may very well end up chasing her away.

Telling her you love her every hour is a BAD way of showing you love her. If you say it enough, it'll lose all meaning. Only tell her you love her when the situation is right...make it a rare occurrence, but don't forget about it completely. Then it'll come as a nice surprise when she hears you say it.

In terms of physical gifts...think of something she likes doing, or that she shows interest in. Maybe something that she didn't think you'd remember. Then buy something related to that.

1) Try to express your feelings through cooking (making a special dinner, or pack a lunch or snack for her)
2) Because of your ages you can take her bowling or skating and cheer when she does something significant
3) Buy flowers... something different from ordinary roses
4) Make her a CD with love songs that remind you of her.
5) If you are creative, write her a few poems
6) I love this site, I use it to send greeting cards to my honey
http://www.lovingyou.com/
7) Draw red hearts and post them all over the seat of her car
8) Take her for pizza and share the same slice

There are many ways to express true love

For now, just keep the love going, and sustain it for a lifetime!

If you're both willing to sustain that energy between yourselves for the rest of your lives, then you've proven not only among yourselves but to the rest of the world of your sincerity.

If you're not taking this as the Best Answer, it means you're afraid to take the challenge.

For I understand that true love is unconditional, and does not have an expiration date.

Don't worry... you don't need to do the deed... to show someone you love them. Love can be shown in many ways. Thinking back in past relationships... I could tell the first bf I ever had really loved me by the way he treated me. I could see how well he knew me and how he loved and appreciated all my little quirks.... I remember when I was having a bad day... he would just show up... with my favorite snack... little things... its all about the little things... you'll always remember.

Cook her a romantic dinner, buy her romantic cards, flowers, take her out on a night in the town, go to the beach and watch the sunset/rise. Make her bubble baths, buy her jewelry, leave her cute little notes telling her you love her, and for her to have a nice day.

there are a lot of ways to show how you love your girlfriend.

You are right..saying i love you isn't enough. Show her you care. Show her that you're always there whenever she needs you. You were younger but prove to her that you are matured enough to handle your relationship.

Whenever your girlfriend feels bad do not give her unsolicited advices. She doesn't needs that. What she needs is a boyfriend who just listen and willing to hug her after she burst out. Good luck^_^

Well, maybe it's not a super duper great show of affection, but probably more subtle things will demostrate her that. Pay attention to certain dates, remember what she said and bring it up later, roses now and then. Listen to her, don't rush her.
