Almost always, company credit cards are issued in the employee's name, with their SSN, and it will report on the EMPLOYEE'S credit report.

Also, if the company goes out of business or otherwise does not pay for the card, YOU are financially responsible for the debt.

You need to look at your credit report and see if this is the case... there is a very good chance that it is the way it is setup, as it is a common business practice.

It reflect on who has the responsibility for the account. If it's your small business, then yes; if it's a large corporation, then no.
