...had her minions surreptitiously baptize non christians on their death beds without their approval? Under the guise of cooling their brows, the sisters would ask the ailing "Would you like a ticket to heaven?" and would then baptize anyone who answered in the affirmative with no regard to their respective religious belief (or lack thereof).

Oh please, get a grip. If you go to a religious institution for help you expect that sort of a thing. (You casual forgot to mention that) Nice try though.

Why does this come out only after she's dead and cannot defend herself?

I do not trust this type of work, only because you can take any global or national figure and go through their emails, letters, text messages whatever and compile them in such a way as to support your own desires or beliefs. Taking documents out of context and then deciding what Mother Theresa meant or what her purpose was, is lame. No one knows the truth except her and God.

We've seen the media make heroes out of deadbeats and almost hang decent people. It just depends on where they decide to focus and what they want the public to believe.

Here we have a book debunking Mother Theresa, yet there are many many books detailing her work, her courageous acts, her commitment etc. Why does one book, one person's opinion suddenly outweigh all the other books? My point is, that if you want to believe badly about someone...then you will. There are those who want to believe that Mother Theresa was really selfish and promoting her own will over God's.

Satan will stop at nothing to attack and undermine the work of God.

Mother Theresa will have to face God, as we all will. He knows her true heart and spiritual demeanor. Only he can dispense perfect judgment.

Those whom Mother Theresa and her so called minions rescued the poor from the gutters when other`s looked upon them as human garbage, and so these poor ones loved and trusted Mother Theresa and knew she and her sisters meant well and cared for their souls.
You may well rant at this but I wonder how fast you would have walked past these poor who often had soiled themselves and lay in the sewers!

this claim is unsupported...

Mother theresa did have a "religious struggle" though, and some think it was atheism, but she wouldn't admit it...

not that i'm claiming to be an expert on the lady or her life...

and not that i think it's a good idea to bash the woman, she did a lot of good things for people and i admire her for it....

After the persons in the hospital experienced Catholicsm in action, it is not surprising that they would want to be a part of the Catholic Church.

Baptism involves a personal profession of faith (in the case of an infant, the parents speak on behalf of the infant). The profession of faith can be as simple as "Yes" to the question of whether they would like to have everlasting life in Christ.

CJ says she is in hell...did you all know that CJ is God??

And you, missy - when you have done the great good that Mother Teresa did, then maybe you can speak with authority. Until then, you got nothin.

Ironinic, they do the SAME thing to babies in the Catholic church.

Mother Thersa also asked for an exorcism before she died. Does this sound like a true Believer trusting in Christ?

No matter how good you are, you are not GOOD enough to get into heaven on your own works.

So?

She believed she is helping them. As long as her intention are good, I see no problem in that.
