How old do you have to be to get a piercing with parent consint?

In arkansas how old do you have to be to get a piercing, with your parent or gaurdian's signature?Also if you Know of a good place, tell me.

i think it's slightly dependent on piercers - under 18 you need parents consent for piercings, but some piercers wont perform certain piercings on minors, with or without - find out from your local one

you could try looking on bmezine.com - in the user galleries you can look under parlours for stories, see if people had good experiences there

it differs from county to county.
its not the state that sets the age.
its the county.
go to your phone book, or even search online for a local tattoo/piercing parlor, and ask them.
and even some places dont care if you have a parent with you or not. watch out for those places, their quality is not professional.

and my second in my tongue..^^
it differ depend on your parents..
if their kinda socio-like people..hmm
not even when your 30 i think..
it just depend..
