Your not the only one out there. I am 16 and I am not fat, but because I grew too much and too fast in one year I have stretch marks a little below my hips. They are not bad but they are still there and I hate them. I have been using cocoa butter but I haven't noticed a difference yet. You should try it. I do know that cocoa butter helps prevent stretch marks. So there is a little tip. Hope this helps, and don't feel ugly, pretty much everyone has them.
God Bless!

Everyone has stretch marks... if they make you feel ugly, than you can moisturze to minimize the appearance of them. Some lotions even claim to remove stretch marks (i'm skeptical). Good old fashioned Cocoa butter helped me. If you keep the skin moisturized, its more elastic and thus easier to take the strain of the pull.

I'm 36, I have two kids, and I have no stretch marks. So no, it's not true at all. And most of my friends who are my age (the ones with no kids) don't have them either. But we were children in the 70's, and the food supply for the nation was not full of hormones and antibiotics and other icky stuff back then like it is now. The more I learn, the more I am convinced that the hormones in the food supply are causing kids to grow too fast, causing people to get too fat in general, and causing more hormone-related cancers like breast cancer. Girls hit puberty WAY too early these days, and this is why. If you can, you should try to eat as organic as possible.
And I'm not saying that you're fat, because I have no clue, but I am saying that girls are growing way too fast now, and that's probably what happened to you.

i'm only 16 and i have a few on my inner thighs too...it just depends on how sensitive your skin is. two people could grow the same amount in a small period of time and maybe only one would get stretch marks...don't worry about it. it's normal.

i don't have them (not everyone does) but a lot of people do, including my best friend - not something to feel down about, just a fact of growth!
