Woof, the car that parks in front of me has one of those. I'm secretly planning an ambush attack so that I can start thumping away.
Anyway, what makes you think atheist are concerned with us anyway. I don't think they want to attack us (right? RIGHT?). Perhaps on here they get caught up in the moment, just like a theist would. I would hope that they have something better to do than be concerned with what another group of people are doing or not doing. I would say the same thing to a theist.
Theist can plant a tree too you know.

It looks like the consensus is that you are doing the very thing you are railing against. Aren't christians supposed to turn the other cheek? Atheists aren't an organized group, like christians. We are lumped together on one belief - that god doesn't exist. You are making a blanket condemnation of people you don't understand, based on the idea that someone who doesn't believe what you do doesn't have any right to profess their beliefs, but peoople who believe the same things you do have that right. There are as many variations on atheism as there are atheists. If you took the time to get to know a couple of atheists, you might find that they aren't the amoral proselitizers that you have pigenholed them as. I, for one, am ok with people believing whatever works for them.
Some christians DO change their minds, like me, for example. I was raised in a religious community and taught christianity from before I was old enough to talk. At one point, I realized that I hadn't made the decision to be a christian myself, but that the decision had been made by my parents, church and community, for me. I grew up believing that whatever they decided for me was inherently "right". I think many christians come to being christians the same way. I made a gradual, thoughtful, spiritual transition away from organized religion and eventually, I became an atheist. Spirituality isn't the same thing as religion. Being an atheist works for me. Our country was based on freedom of religion. That includes the right to choose freedom from religion, too. In other words, the right not to believe.

We love you too.
Remember, this is a public forum, not the Happy Christian Fun Club. You're going to get a variety of viewpoints here.
Someone needs to remind you that the whole world does not actually agree with you, so it's not okay to legislate your beliefs to the rest of us.

Wouldn't have a problem if you kept your beliefs to yourself. And for the most part we don't expect you to convert or whatever. Do you really care when you taunt people of any other religion? eg. Scientology?
