penis size - the old adage 'it's not how big, it's what you do with it' holds true for the most part

otherwise - buffed but not ripped, huge muscles are just not attractive. toned and fit is much better. also guys who're obsessive about muscles are generally seen as not having much else to say... all steroids and no brain (not saying it's true, but it's certainly a popular perception as far as i can see)
