While I don't understand WHAT this question has to do with ETIQUETTE...
According to a History Channel show, "Modern Marvels" the landfill/dump in LA called Puente Hills is the largest... at least in America, but I think also in the world. However, it is one of the most modern (thus included as a "MODERN Marvel") which has a recycling center, waste water treatment, burns it's own fuel to run the place... etc etc etc. See website below.

Lest you misunderstand me - Viva Mexico! She has her problems, like any other city in the world - but she is also a beautiful place.
