Mozarella definitely! But sharp cheddar is a close second.

I like Kraft's extra sharp cheddar. I love eating it with some Zesta crackers as a light lunch. Cabot's cheddar is good too. But for a dish such as macaroni and cheese I won't use all cheddar.. I'll use a combination such as bleu, mozzarella, white cheddar and American.

I haven't met a cheese I didn't like........American, Swiss, Munster, Ricotta, Mozarella, Cottage Cheese, Cheddar, etc...........I can't help myself, I'm a cheese addict and whichever one I'm eating at the time is my favorite..........CAT

gosh I can't decide. I love meunster , pepper jack, swiss,mozzarella cheddar, blue. I would say we eat Monterey jack the most in out house though! My daughter likes the cheddar jack the best.

Definitely depends on the occasion (baked brie, anyone?), but my ultimate favorite would have to be an extra sharp white cheddar.
