Lady of Grace is simble which shows the graceness of Lord our God,Allah.It's the "Rahmaniat" of God that when his creatures ask him for any thing He provides them.

I don't know. I do know it wasn't Jesus' mother, Mary. Nowhere in the Bible is she given such a title.
