Well despite what anyone on here says...you will more than likely end up making out with her again anyways.
So why you bother to ask this question is beyond me. I think you both have some old feelings for each other, otherwise you wouldn't have made out in the first place.
Well whatever you end up doing, be smart about it and make sure you're both in it for the right reasons.
have fun*

It's going to be pretty painful after breaking up with someone you love so much. It's inevitable that you're going to feel very down, sad and depressed. Sometimes it seems you spend every waking moment thinking about how to get your ex back.
Do a simple search, and you're bound to find a plethora of information, with a whole host of different opinions, sometimes seemingly off opposing viewpoints. To focus in on something that's going to help you, the first thing you think about is establishing some common courtesy.
Try to read this article to the end in order to get the best benefit out of it.
First off, NEVER play mind games with people. This will only get people hurt and will probably end up worsening the situation. I only mention this because naturally people are ruled by their emotions rather than thinking their actions through thoroughly. Think the situation through before doing things based on your emotions. Remember, even if you do manage to get people to do what you want, this amounts to manipulation, and however good you feel now, I guarantee it won't last very long.

Texting lets you control the tone and establish what kind of conversation you want to have. Learn here https://tr.im/f3nhR
This is probably the most important part. With texting, you can stop and think about what you want to say to your ex at each step of the way. Instead of reacting emotionally, you can take your time, figure out the right thing to say (I’ll give you most of it), and be strategic with your ex without saying something that you’ll regret.

Who broke up with who? If you broke up with her then absolutely not, she may think you want her back when you just want to make out.
Otherwise...maybe she's realised she made a mistake and wants to be back with you again. I'd talk with her about it before making any silly moves. If you were in her boyfriend's position, would you be happy to know she was cheating on you? It'd be incredibly selfish to do that to him, just for your own enjoyment.

If she has a boyfriend, stay away! Have some respect for yourself and find a girl who isn't tied up in another relationship. It's nice if you can continue to be platonic friends, but love triangles are only fun to watch in movies. They are truly awful in real life.

Discover how to get your ex back with simple text message: https://tr.im/9Qvip
Many girls break up with their significant others, is because they need time to figure things out. Don't take it personally, if you want her back, you have to show her you can help her. If you love her then you'll let her go, that's it. Not everybody who you date in high school you end up staying with, the chances are extremely unlikely. So if she doesn't want to, then you need to let her go.
