The Illustrated Bible Dictionary (Vol. 1, p. 572) comments: “The former revelation, to the Patriarchs, concerned promises belonging to a distant future; it supposed that they should be assured that He, Yahweh, was such a God (’el) as was competent (one possible meaning of sadday) to fulfill them. The revelation at the bush was greater and more intimate, God’s power and immediate and continuing presence with them being all wrapped up in the familiar name of Yahweh.”—Edited by J. D. Douglas, 1980. The name Yahweh in english is pronounced Jehovah. There are many Gods, but only one almighty God. Joel 1:15 says - "“Alas for the day; because the day of Jehovah is near, and like a despoiling from the Almighty One it will come!"
Jesus is said to be a mighty God. But even he is not almighty. Isaiah 1:6, 7 - "For there has been a child born to us, there has been a son given to us; and the princely rule will come to be upon his shoulder. And his name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. To the abundance of the princely rule and to peace there will be no end, . . ."
Jeovah is also called the "Most High" at Psalm 7:17 and at Mark 5:7 it says that Jesus is the son of the "most high" God Jehovah. " and, when he had cried out with a loud voice, he said: “What have I to do with you, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I put you under oath by God not to torment me.”
Those are just a few of the many scriptures that prove that Jehovah is the most high, almighty God. Jesus is God's son. All other Gods are invented by Satan. Satan is the ruler of this world, read 1 John 5:19. Satan wants people to be confused about who God is.
I hope you are no longer confused.

There are many gods but the Ultimate God's name is Jehovah, King James hid it in his version of the bible. Some bibles have took it out all together. Do some research, don't let people misguide you. Everyone has an opinion only a percentage know the truth.

Its a matter of choice personally. Each person has their own belief system. Some agree and some don't! What u believe is between u and your god or creator. People assume that they have the "right" superior religion but one does not know until the end!! It's more important to just live life the best u can and enjoy every minute of it. Treat people the way u want to be treated and keep religion as your own personal tool that makes u happy, not anyone else!!

There is only One True God. He is the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. He is God the Father Almighty creator of Heaven and earth. He is not a god that is made of wood, stone or metal-He alone is God be His name YAWEH, Father or Allah.

Hinduism can give some mystical answers .
Who is God? Where is God? How can I come to know God?"
God has no names, but all names are the names of God. Whether you call Him this or that, He remains Who He is. But in our tradition we call God by the loving name Siva, which is only one of His 1,008 traditional names. Supreme God Siva is both within us and outside of us. Even desire, the fulfillment of desire, the joy, the pain, the sorrow, birth and death -- this is all Siva, nothing but Siva. This is hard to believe for the unenlightened individual who cannot see how a good, kind and loving God could create pain and sorrow. Actually, we find that Siva did not -- not in the sense that is commonly thought. God gave the law of karma, decreeing that each energy sent into motion returns with equal force.
In looking closely at this natural law, we can see that we create our own joy, our own pain, our own sorrow and our own release from sorrow. Yet we could not even do this except for the power and existence of our loving Lord. It takes much meditation to find God Siva in all things, through all things. In this striving -- as in perfecting any art or science -- regular daily disciplines must be faithfully adhered to.
Siva is the immanent personal Lord, and He is transcendent Reality. Siva is a God of love, boundless love. He loves each and every one. Each soul is created by Him and guided by Him through life. God Siva is everywhere. There is no place where Siva is not. He is in you. He is in this temple. He is in the trees. He is in the sky, in the clouds, in the planets. He is the galaxies swirling in space and the space between galaxies, too. He is the universe. His cosmic dance of creation, preservation and dissolution is happening this very moment in every atom of the universe. God Siva is, and is in all things. He permeates all things. He is immanent, with a beautiful form, a human-like form which can actually be seen and has been seen by many people in visions. He is also transcendent, beyond time, cause and space.
That is almost too much for the mind to comprehend, isn't it? Therefore, we have to meditate on these things. God Siva is so close to us. Where does He live? In the Third World. And in this form He can talk and think and love and receive our prayers and guide our karma. He commands vast numbers of devas who go forth to do His will all over the world, all over the galaxy, throughout the universe. These are matters told to us by the rishis; and we have discovered them in our own meditations. So always worship this great God. Never fear Him. He is the Self of your self. He is closer than your own breath. His nature is love, and if you worship Him with devotion you will know love and be loving toward others. Devotees of God Siva love everyone.
This is how God Siva can be seen everywhere and in everyone. He is there as the Soul of each soul. You can open your inner eye and see Him in others, see Him in the world as the world. Little by little, discipline yourself to meditate at the same time each day. Meditate, discover the silent center of yourself, then go deep within, to the core of your real Being. Slowly the purity comes. Slowly the awakening comes.

Jesus Christ is the true God. He came to earth, to on the form of a man and died on a cross for the sins of you and me. Remember John 3:16, For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Our sins seperate us from God, Jesus came and washed our sins away with his perfect blood sacrifice on the cross. In the book of Hebrews 9:22, it says without the sheding of blood there is not remission of sins. It took a Perfect blood sacrifice to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. When Jesus arose from the grave he forever opened the door to salvation to all who will receive it. It is a gift from God. If you would like to receive the free gift of salvation and have eternal life with Jesus in Heaven just pray this simple sinners prayer believing, Dear Jesus, I know and confess that I am sinner in need of salvation. I believe you died on a cross at calvery and arose from the grave to wash away my sins, I ask you right now to come into my heart and save me, I pray this Prayer believing in the name of Jesus Amen. If you prayed this prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of God, rejoice that your name is written in the Lambs book of Life. Jesus will now send his Holy Spirit to come and live in your heart and guide you into all truth. If you have any questions just send me an email, God Bless YOU!!

There's only ONE GOD - one power. People have different names for It - and view It in different ways - but there is only one.
When people believe that their God is better than another God - it's actually kind of silly. Sad though - because we go so far as to have wars over it.
I believe that God is Love. It's as simple as that.
Namaste!!

Yes I agree, it is not important who's better mine or yours but who is right. Look for the evidence because this what make thinks true or false. I found Islam to be evidence-based so I follow it. Find answer at this link:
