how long have you been wiht one another? do you feel that she is being snappy or just not nice, does she need space or is she getting annoyed with you for some reason, i think you need to tell her how you feel because there is probably an underlying reason for this, she hasnt told you yet and might be expecting you to work it out for yourself, woman do that! ask her if everything is ok, she might be wanting a break good luck

Don't over do it, and don't do it all at once. She just maybe stressed from school, work , home, ect.
Try and relax her, candles, a movie, and some cuddling on the sofa should make her calm down. Oh! Don't hesitate to throw in a neck or foot rub.

Why would you want to get close to her? Look if she going to mistreat you, give her something to mistreat about. Tell her to stop acting like ***** and if she has problem then she needs to speak her mind otherwise, tell her you do not want to hear it.
Put her PMSing *** in check!
