Between 140 and 190. It depends on your frame and build.

Get healthy and stop worrying about your weight.

It depends on male or female and body type., and family history. Everyone comes in every shape and form. Some have larger bone structures, while others are very slim. Some have huge muscles while others are average Joes. This can influence a correct wieght by 40-60 Lbs on a person. From Experience. Your Ideal wieght at a average Joe 5"11 male would be 160-180 Lbs.

It is dependant on one's built, genetics and the other factors that have been said. I'm a woman who is 5'11". A good weight for me is 165-70. Four weeks after having my baby, I'm up to 187, which is pudgy for me. (Even more annoying, I have gained one pound.) For you, 170 might be too thin. I would say do the body mass index search that has also been suggested.
