last night i saw a dream where many thorns of a thistle had entered into my palm and i was trying to take them off one by one but they didnt hurt. What does this mean?

You know, it is entirely possible that you got your hand in a bad position and cut off the blood, giving you the prickly sensation of thorns as the blood returned (i.e. your hand fell asleep too).
People get very wrapped up in forcing dreams to have metaphysical meaning and leave out common sense explanations. Nightmares about trying to run and being unable to lift your feet can sometimes be attributed to the dog laying on your legs while your asleep!!
When your dream has a meaning that you are suppose to understand, you will awake with an absolute clear understanding of what the message is, and there will be no doubt in your mind, or your heart, what the meaning or the message of your dream was.

Thorns represent the painful issues of sin in life. The thorns represent issues which have come against you in your life to hinder the work of your hands. So you can not effectively do the things you need to. The reason the thorns did not hurt you is because God His divine protection on you.

I am infering that you have had a lot of Strife, or pain in ur past. and that ur pulling the thorns out of ur hand and they do not hurt means that u are numb to the hurt of these past wounds that really affected you at one time .
Just try not to be too cold if you know what i mean towrd these things that happend to you in your past keep them always alive in your mind at least in the back of it and never forget b-c to forget something is to do it all over agian.
