Atheists are all individuals. You should know for yourself.
The question is better asked as "How do I become a better human being?" The only add-on for atheism is to not be religious.

Atheist!
As a Christian I stopped believing in fairy tales (stopped
believing that I could run from God and from God's love) and I stopped acknowledging that the universe is greater than me (and instead acknowledged that God overcomes everything,
and I have eternal life in God)

apart from that just live a good life , treat others well and be happy
Atheism is not believing in any deities.... anything above and beyond that are personal choices
