It might be the change of seasons -- they are confusing your body, and you feel tired as a result. Or maybe you are catching cold.

How long has it been going on? Are you getting at least 15 minutes of sunshine a day? How about sleep? Extra stress?
If you are a woman, does it fluctuate with your menstrual cycle?

If it goes on for more than a week, you should probably see a doctor to rule out the more obvious causes. At the very least, seeing a doc will set your mind at rest, and that might help you relax.

There are other things it could be. 1. Narcolepsy 2. Idiopathic hypersomnia 3. Sleep Apnea. All of these require medical evaluation to diagnose and treat. Edit there are some very backwards physicians who don't believe narcolepsy exists. There are some even less competent physicians who don't believe, idiopathic hypersomia exists. If you run into such, they should be reported to the American Medical Association as soon as possible. Don't let these incompetents continue to hurt people.

Vitamins today are actually made by man made chemicals and not actual plants now adays. Instead of swallowing pills, you need to actually eat your fruits and vegetables. They're a bit expensive, but you should buy some of those precut vegetables and fruits with dips.

If you're slow and lethargic with lack of motivation, it's either lack of sleep or poor diet. Quite simple.

If you exercise regularly and now feel unmotivated it may be due to over training.
Check your resting heart rate first thing in the morning and if it has gone up you may be over trained.

Rest and take it easy for a few days, up to a week and then get back to your routine.
