Can't post an audio file, but "zh" (which is usually used to transliterate the Russian letter Ж) is pronounced like a French "j" or like the sound of "s" in "pleasure", "leisure", "measure" etc.
Sorry to condradict your previous answerer, but the sound of "sh" in "sheep" (the Russian letter ш) is usually transliterated "sh".

I'm sorry, but I cannot post an audio file..I'm at home (at work I could).
The way you pronounce the "zh" is like "sh" as is "sheep".
