at video games. She really sucks but she hates to lose and I feel bad but it is really hard not to win, even with out trying. She can't make it past the first part on halo by herself. Whenever we play i pwn her and I beat her pretty bad. I've tried to let her win but it is really really hard.

LOL on the misleading question. I think you had a lot of people who came in here ready to unleash their anger on you & then ended up scratching their heads for a few minutes when they realized that you weren't some stupid wife-beating turd.
Go buy her a guide to Halo & how to do the cheats & tricks, or get someone else to buy it for her so she can "secretly" read it & feel good when she beats you later.

Maybe, show her the controls and do it together for a while together ie. have her hands on the control and have your hands over hers and show her them (make sure she's paying attention). Then give it another shot. If she starts getting better then you could be really competitive towards each other, and maybe let her have the glory sometimes. If not, show her again, she'll slowly get the hang of it "practice makes perfect"
Also it may not be her thing, she might be playing it because she knows you like the game. If it's not enjoyable, play an easier game and leave that game for you and your mates.

pwn her a bit more, then teach her a few tricks. then after you noticed that she's getting better a lil bit, lose on purpose but dont let her think you did. act surprised then ask for another game.... then lose again. haha but dont let her win all the time coz she might notice.
