I would like to know the name of the Hongkong airport as I am going to spend my first time to visit this country

Chep Lap Kok International Airport is the name that its mostly called. Its name after the island Chep Lap Kok, which means red candle tip, as the island was originally look like the tip of the candle, which is a reclaimed island which is only a small spot north of Lantau Island, which you can see from the plane if your seat is at or near window seat. (The big patch of land you see before the plane touch down.) The official name is simply called Hong Kong International Airport.
