I'm sure you can buy any hand sanitizer anywhere and I would do so.Any kind of anti bacterial wipes you can find or some disinfectant spray work also.

Clorox anywhere spray
one part bleach ten parts water mixture in spray bottle
sanitizing wipes by clorox, lysol or store brand
lysol disinfectant spray kills 99.9% of germs and bacteria
you may try hand sanitizer
sorry that these products maybe hard for you to obtain- try ordering some onlinel, wash your hands often, suggest politley to others that you get sick easy so maybe they can cover up- it is best to cough into your arm or shirt rather than not covering at all or using a hand, ...also some hand snaitizers are scented and you can have others try it so they can smell- and get germ free without being rude.....good luck
if all else fails go into a localshop, explain situatiion and they can help you with whats available in your area

Odds are that you've been at a Catholic Church. "Sticking" fingers in a bowl of water and then crossing your self is a reminder of your baptism if you're a Catholic, like myself. it isn't a pagan prepare. so some distance because the germ aspect is in contact, the water is changed frequently and regardless of if it likely does have some germs in it, it has no more suitable germs than the cope with of the door you opened to enter the church. i can assure you that it don't have as many germs as a eating position's door or a sink in a public restroom. If it bothers you that a lot, deliver alongside some Germ-X next time and after crossing your self, quietly sit down and sparkling your fingers.

Get some antibacterial sprays. I'm not sure what you can buy in Singapore, but in most countries there are fragranced anti-bacterials, or spray bleach. It should be a rule, that if anyone sneezes, all tissues go into a plastic bag, to be disposed of.

A quality and reputable Negative Ion Generator removes a great deal in the way of both bacteria and toxins in the air. You can even purchase small portable units that you can sit on your desk. They are totally silent, but ensure that you do purchase a model that is powerful enough. A lot of hospitals are know starting to use them in intensive care units and neo-natal units.
