If over the counter products seem to lose their effectiveness after a week of use, it's time to see a dermatologist.
Dandruff comes in varied forms and your may require some prescription strength products. If this truly an issue that bothers you, it will be well worth it to see a doctor and get a more permanent solution.

Your doctor will be able to prescribe a lotion for you. If all else fails, a dermotologist will be able to check if it is dandruff by taking a sample and treat you from there. You can defeat the evil flakes!

Baby shampoo?
It's probably cause you have a really dried sculp or something. If that doesn't work, go to a salon and ask someone.

Perhaps you need to see a Dermatologist. (Skin doctor). I could also be due to diet or something your body is lacking. Have you tried products from a health shop?
