i was living in japan and i was reallly skinny back then. i ate A LOT too thought.and i moved to hawaii and now im like average but my legs are becoming kind of fat. i want to be skinny again! cuz i have quite long legs for a 13 year old (girl) and yeah.. i cant be too caucious on food. i run a mile once a week @ school. and i excersie in PE and i also walk my dog. argh! i really want some helpful tips.

Me and my 3 buddies (All in our previous due 20's) have shaped a team to help out our community. I placed on a Jar Jar Binks gown and am the chief. Then there is the guy who wears the Grimace gown, he's the solid guy. Then there is the guy who's a convicted intercourse criminal, he wears a trenchcoat like the matrix. And ultimately, their is "the expert", he wears a cardboard Burgerking crown and a pretend muscle journey. We walk around city and knock on random doorways. while the guy solutions, I dance and do a Jar Jar quote, then make a noisy screech with an air horn. at the same time as the guy is reeling from the sound, the intercourse criminal confesses that he's a intercourse criminal (as required by utilising his parole). Then the grimace throws some leaves and airborne dirt and dust into the persons abode. And ultimately, Muscle King performs 'me so attractive' on his boombox and we dance. we've executed this to 1000's of homes. Are we some style of kings? i do no longer understand how?

Hi, i hope you consider attending some kind of fitness camp or weight loss camp like the ones on http://www.fitnesscamps.net/ I dropped a whole lot of weight, weight that i didn't think i could lose that fast (33lbs in 27 days) and i can honestly say that these places work. Since you're probably in puberty you should be careful with limiting your nutrition and you may want to put it in the hands of the experts, and fortunately there are a bunch of places that cater to young girls who want to lose weight. Eat healthily.Choose healthy food over unhealthy food.
Exercise for 1h for 5 days every week.
