Well there is an objective universe, and humans share some basic mental constructs which we derived from evolution to aid us in survival. So between the two, meaning can derived, and shared if we are careful to base our language on these concepts and what thereoms can be proved from them.

Its science and math that do the heavy duty of allowing us to share objective meaning, but its the universe itself that provides objective meaning by its objective existence.
